Guests are allowes to change dates -5 days or more before check-in The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from your guests before arrival, thanks to Payments by Booking.com or Airbnb.com

Check-in is at 2:00 p.m/5:00p.m , and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you desire to late check-out, kindly contact us for availability.

Our place assumes a 100% non-smoking policy. If you want to smoke we have two different smoking areas (you can ask us for more information about it).

Most of our guests are adults who come here to relax and unwind but children are allowed.

We strongly recommend Travel Insurance when travelling. We don´t accept responsibility for any accidents / injuries or property damage.

Shaving kits, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and sanitary products can be purchased from reception for a small charge. If we do not have it in stock, we may be able to purchase the items locally for you. If guest property is found after departure, we will endeavour to contact you. If you would like your items returning, we are happy to send them back to you. We simply ask for the postage and a €5.00 handling fee. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 4 weeks.

Parking is available free of charge for all house guests. Only park in the designated parking area. Do not leave any valuables inside your car while it is parked. Quinta da Fe™ cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any such articles while your car is parked.

Most of our guests take advantage of our FREE pre-arranged airport pick-up and drop-off service. Quinta da Fe is located 2 hours from Lisbon and Faro airports, mid-way between Beja medieval town (20 km /13 miles) and Evora (50 km / 30 miles), a UNESCO world heritage site. Post or pre visiting us, should you wish to explore the Alentejan region further or elsewhere in this beautiful country, we suggest you hire a car.
