Road directions 

From Lisbon: 

  1. leave the airport direction center.
  2. At the first roundabout, follow “Norte, A1, Ponte Vasco da Gama (north, Vasco da Gama bridge)
  3. then  follow the direction “ Pte Vasco da Gama” and go over the bridge.
  4. The bridge is 16 km long.
  5. Follow signs for Évora (approximately 110 km)
  6. Take first exit signposted for Évora.
  7. follow national road for 10 km. Go over several roundabouts. Follow always direction Beja or IP2.
  8. After aprox. 54 km, you will find several ways out on your right telling Vidigueira.
  9. Don’t take the first one.
  10. Take the 2nd one indicating Vidigueira/ Moura
  11. At the crossing, left, direction Moura.
  12. Under the tunnel
  13. Immediately after the tunnel, left direction Alcaria/Marmelar
  14. 800 meters and turn  left in a ground path with  2 mail boxes, one white,
    one black and an arrow with indication Quinta da Fé.
  15. Follow indications

From Faro:

  1. Leave the airport by the “Via do Infante”, direction Albufeira, Portimão.
  2. After aprox. 40 kms, take direction Lisbon by the motorway.
  3. In the motorway, follow direction Lisbon
  4. Way out in first indication Castro Verde
  5. Follow the national road direction Castro Verde and Beja
  6. Arriving in Beja, follow direction Évora
  7. After aprox. 24 km, take the first way out ON YOUR RIGHT (NOT ON YOUR LEFT) telling Vidigueira/Moura
    (not the one telling only Vidigueira).
  8. In the crossing, straight direction Alcaria/Marmelar.
  9. 800 m and turn left on the ground path where you find indication Quinta da Fé and 2 mail boxes (white and black)
  10. Follow indications

    Winter is mild with temperatures between 15°C and 19°C.
